Ingredients

chicken breasts

corn

mayonnaise

sour cream

cotija cheese
crumbled

lime juice

cloves
garlic
minced

teaspoon
chili powder

teaspoon
paprika
1
teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
black pepper

tablespoons
olive oil
2
tablespoons
fresh cilantro
chopped
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder.
Cook chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Remove chicken and set aside.
Cook corn in the same skillet until slightly charred.
In a bowl, mix corn with mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, and half the cheese.
Return chicken to skillet and top with corn mixture.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
Top with remaining cheese and cilantro.
Serve warm.
Notes
Do not overcook chicken.
Use fresh lime juice for best flavor.
Customize with additional toppings if desired.
