mayonnaise

chili powder

butter

tablespoons
fresh cilantro
chopped
Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add corn and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until heated and slightly charred.
In a bowl, combine corn with mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and chili powder.
Mix until coated evenly.
Spoon into cups.
Top with cheese and cilantro.
Serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh lime juice for best flavor.
Add toppings just before serving.
Customize with extra spices if desired.
