coleslaw mix

mayonnaise

sour cream

lime juice

cotija cheese
crumbled

chili powder

teaspoon

fresh cilantro

Instructions
Cook corn in a skillet until slightly charred, then let cool.
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix and corn.
In another bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over coleslaw and toss to coat evenly.
Stir in cotija cheese and cilantro.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chill before serving for best flavor.
Use fresh lime juice.
Customize with additional ingredients if desired.
