Low Carb Pizza Casserole

Low Carb Pizza Casserole Recipe with meat, cheese, and pizza toppings baked into a keto-friendly dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 ½ cups sugar-free pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup chopped bell peppers
  • ¼ cup black olives

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook ground beef or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess grease.
  • Season meat with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Add pizza sauce to the meat and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Add pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, and olives.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use thick pizza sauce to avoid excess moisture.
Drain meat well for better texture.
Customize toppings based on preference.
