Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta linguine or spaghetti
  • 1 ½ cups cooked lobster meat chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions and reserve some pasta water.
  • Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened.
  • Add pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  • Gently fold in lobster meat and heat through.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle parsley on top and serve immediately.

Notes

Add lobster at the end to prevent overcooking.
Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor.
Adjust cream for desired richness.
