cooked lobster meat

lemon juice

heavy cream

fresh parsley

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions and reserve some pasta water.
Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened.
Add pasta and toss to coat evenly.
Gently fold in lobster meat and heat through.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle parsley on top and serve immediately.
Notes
Add lobster at the end to prevent overcooking.
Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor.
Adjust cream for desired richness.
