Lobster Crab Butter Bombs

Lobster crab butter bombs with creamy seafood filling wrapped in buttery biscuit dough. Easy appetizer recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 8 biscuits refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ½ cup cooked lobster meat chopped
  • ½ cup lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix lobster meat, crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning until combined.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
  • Wrap dough around filling and seal tightly to form a ball.
  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush tops with melted butter.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven, brush with additional butter, and sprinkle parsley on top.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Seal dough well to prevent filling from leaking.
Do not overfill each biscuit.
Use fully thawed seafood for best texture.
