Ingredients

8 biscuits refrigerated biscuit dough
½
cup
cooked lobster meat
chopped
½
cup
lump crab meat
4
oz
cream cheese
softened
½
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
teaspoon
Old Bay seasoning
3
tablespoons
butter
melted
1
tablespoon
fresh parsley
chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix lobster meat, crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning until combined.
Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
Wrap dough around filling and seal tightly to form a ball.
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush tops with melted butter.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven, brush with additional butter, and sprinkle parsley on top.
Serve warm.
Notes
Seal dough well to prevent filling from leaking.
Do not overfill each biscuit.
Use fully thawed seafood for best texture.
