Loaded Pretzel Pizza Nachos

Crispy pretzel pizza nachos topped with marinara, melted mozzarella, pepperoni, and sausage. Perfect party snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups pretzel crisps or mini pretzel thins
  • 1 ½ cups marinara or pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup cooked Italian sausage crumbled
  • ¼ cup black olives sliced
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper diced
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread pretzel crisps evenly in a single layer on the baking sheet. Spoon marinara sauce lightly over the pretzels, making sure not to oversaturate. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top. Add pepperoni, sausage, olives, bell pepper, and red onion across the nachos. Sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly over everything. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use sturdy pretzel crisps to prevent sogginess. Do not overload with sauce. Serve immediately for best texture. Leftovers can be reheated in the oven at 350°F for 5–7 minutes, but this snack is best enjoyed fresh.
