Loaded Cheesy Pocket Tacos
Loaded cheesy pocket tacos with crispy tortillas, seasoned beef, and melted cheese. Easy dinner recipe.

Ingredients

packet taco seasoning
or 2 tablespoons

small flour tortillas

shredded cheddar cheese

cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
½
cup
sour cream
½
cup
salsa
Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and a small amount of water, then simmer until thickened.
Lay tortillas flat and add a layer of cheese, followed by beef mixture, then more cheese.
Fold tortillas into sealed pockets.
Heat a skillet with a small amount of oil over medium heat.
Place tacos seam-side down and cook until golden and crispy, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Remove from heat, cool slightly, and serve.
Notes
Do not overfill to prevent opening.
Cook seam-side down first for better sealing.
Serve with dipping sauces like salsa or sour cream.
