Lemon Italian Ice Protein Gummies

water

tablespoons
unflavored gelatin

lemon juice

teaspoon
lemon zest
1
scoop protein powder
2
–3 tablespoons honey or sweetener
Instructions
Pour 1 cup cold water into a bowl and sprinkle gelatin on top.
Let bloom for 5 minutes.
Heat remaining water and dissolve gelatin completely.
Remove from heat and mix in lemon juice, zest, protein powder, and sweetener.
Whisk until smooth.
Pour into molds or dish.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
Cut into pieces and serve.
Notes
Do not boil gelatin.
Whisk protein powder well to avoid clumps.
Store in refrigerator for freshness.
