Lemon Crinkle Cookies Recipe

Soft lemon crinkle cookies made with fresh lemon juice and powdered sugar coating.

Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Yellow food coloring optional
  • ½ cup powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients. Chill dough. Roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
