green cabbage

paprika

cumin

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook onion until softened, then add garlic.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in tomato paste and spices.
Add diced tomatoes and mix well.
Add chopped cabbage and stir to combine.
Cover and cook until cabbage is tender, about 10–15 minutes.
Stir occasionally and adjust seasoning if needed.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Do not overcook cabbage to keep texture.
Use lean beef for a lighter dish.
Add extra vegetables for variation.
