Italian sausage
mild or spicy

pepperoni slices

low-carb marinara or pizza sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese

shredded cheddar cheese

cream cheese
softened

large eggs

tablespoon
olive oil

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
Italian seasoning

black olives or bell peppers

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking into crumbles.
Drain excess grease and season with onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with eggs until smooth.
Stir in half of the marinara sauce.
Spread cooked sausage evenly in the baking dish.
Pour cream cheese mixture over the sausage and spread gently.
Top with pepperoni, olives or peppers if using, and remaining marinara sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use thick, no-sugar-added sauce for best keto results. Drain meats well to prevent excess moisture.
