Italian Antipasto Pasta Salad

Italian antipasto pasta salad with meats, cheese, and tangy dressing. Easy crowd-pleasing recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 cup salami
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • ½ cup black olives
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta until al dente and rinse with cold water.
  • Chop meats, vegetables, and cheese.
  • Combine pasta and all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour dressing over and toss to coat.
  • Add Parmesan, salt, and pepper and mix.
  • Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

Chill for best flavor.
Add extra dressing if needed.
Customize with additional ingredients.
