Italian Antipasto Pasta Salad
Italian antipasto pasta salad with meats, cheese, and tangy dressing. Easy crowd-pleasing recipe.

Ingredients

salami

pepperoni

mozzarella cheese

cup
cherry tomatoes

cup
cucumber

black olives

red onion

Italian dressing

cup
Parmesan cheese
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente and rinse with cold water.
Chop meats, vegetables, and cheese.
Combine pasta and all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour dressing over and toss to coat.
Add Parmesan, salt, and pepper and mix.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Serve chilled.
Notes
Chill for best flavor.
Add extra dressing if needed.
Customize with additional ingredients.
