half-and-half

vanilla extract

ground cinnamon

unsalted butter

brown sugar

light corn syrup
Instructions
Melt butter with brown sugar and corn syrup. Pour into greased baking dish. Add bread cubes. Whisk eggs, half-and-half, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes. Rest before serving.
