Hot Honey Street Corn

Hot honey street corn made with creamy sauce, sweet honey heat, and bold flavors. A quick and easy side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • ½ cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add corn and cook for 5–7 minutes until slightly charred.
  • Reduce heat and add mayonnaise, sour cream, hot honey, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Stir until corn is evenly coated and creamy.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Sprinkle cotija cheese and chopped cilantro on top.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Adjust hot honey based on spice preference.
Use fresh or frozen corn depending on availability.
Feta cheese can replace cotija if needed.
Best served fresh but can be refrigerated up to 2 days.
