Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts

cooked white rice

large avocado
diced

olive oil

black pepper

honey
2
tbsp
fresh lime juice
2
cloves
garlic
minced

tbsp
soy sauce
Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
In a small bowl, mix honey, lime juice, garlic, and soy sauce.
Pour sauce over chicken and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Remove chicken from heat and let it rest before slicing.
Place cooked rice in a bowl.
Add sliced chicken and diced avocado on top.
Drizzle extra sauce if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh lime juice for best flavor.
Add avocado just before serving to prevent browning.
Grilling chicken is a great alternative for extra flavor.
