Honey Lime Chicken Avocado

Honey Lime Chicken Avocado Recipe with tender chicken, creamy avocado, and sweet tangy sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 large avocado diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  • In a small bowl, mix honey, lime juice, garlic, and soy sauce.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Remove chicken from heat and let it rest before slicing.
  • Place cooked rice in a bowl.
  • Add sliced chicken and diced avocado on top.
  • Drizzle extra sauce if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh lime juice for best flavor.
Add avocado just before serving to prevent browning.
Grilling chicken is a great alternative for extra flavor.
