butter

honey

cloves
garlic
minced

salt

black pepper

lemon juice

tbsp
chopped parsley

tsp
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wash, peel, and slice carrots, and trim green beans.
Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
In a pan, melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.
Add honey and stir to combine.
Remove vegetables from oven and drizzle with honey garlic glaze.
Toss gently to coat evenly.
Add lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the pan for proper roasting.
Add glaze after roasting to prevent burning.
Use fresh vegetables for best texture.
