If using raw dough, roll it out into a 12-inch circle or rectangle.
Place on a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
Bake the plain crust for 5-7 minutes to prevent sogginess.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Drain grease, then add taco seasoning & water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Spread salsa or taco sauce evenly over the crust.
Add refried beans (if using) for extra flavor.
Evenly distribute the taco meat over the sauce.
Sprinkle cheddar & mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
(Optional) Broil for 1-2 minutes for a crispier finish.
Once baked, top with lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, and jalapeños.
Drizzle with sour cream or taco sauce.
