Homemade Mounds Bars Coconut Lover’s Dream

Easy homemade Mounds-style bars made with coconut and chocolate.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter

Instructions
 

  • Mix coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla. Shape into bars. Freeze until firm. Melt chocolate with oil. Dip bars and coat fully. Chill until set.

Notes

Freeze coconut bars before dipping for easier coating.
