sweetened shredded coconut

sweetened condensed milk

teaspoon
vanilla extract

semi-sweet chocolate chips

tablespoon
coconut oil or butter
Instructions
Mix coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla. Shape into bars. Freeze until firm. Melt chocolate with oil. Dip bars and coat fully. Chill until set.
Notes
Freeze coconut bars before dipping for easier coating.
