Homemade Cheddar Cheese Crackers Recipe

Crisp homemade cheddar cheese crackers made with real cheese and butter.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 –3 tablespoons ice water

Instructions
 

  • Pulse cheese, flour, seasoning, and butter. Add ice water until dough forms. Chill. Roll thin, cut, and poke holes. Bake at 350°F for 14–16 minutes until golden. Cool completely.

Notes

Chill dough for easier rolling and crisp crackers.
