Ingredients

sharp cheddar cheese
shredded

cup
unsalted butter
cold and cubed

cup
all-purpose flour

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
paprika

–3 tablespoons ice water
Instructions
Pulse cheese, flour, seasoning, and butter. Add ice water until dough forms. Chill. Roll thin, cut, and poke holes. Bake at 350°F for 14–16 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
Notes
Chill dough for easier rolling and crisp crackers.
