plain Greek yogurt

shredded mozzarella cheese

grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a large baking dish or sheet.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the garlic.
Spread potatoes evenly in the pan.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in the pan.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is nearly cooked and potatoes are tender.
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mozzarella, Parmesan, milk, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and remaining garlic.
Remove pan from oven and pour sauce evenly over chicken and potatoes.
Return to oven and bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is fully cooked.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Cut potatoes evenly for consistent cooking.
Use full-fat yogurt for best texture.
Add milk when reheating to keep sauce creamy.
