High-Protein Creamy Garlic Cheesy Chicken & Potatoes Recipe with juicy chicken, creamy sauce, and tender potatoes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups baby potatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a large baking dish or sheet.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the garlic.
  • Spread potatoes evenly in the pan.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in the pan.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is nearly cooked and potatoes are tender.
  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mozzarella, Parmesan, milk, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and remaining garlic.
  • Remove pan from oven and pour sauce evenly over chicken and potatoes.
  • Return to oven and bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is fully cooked.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Cut potatoes evenly for consistent cooking.
Use full-fat yogurt for best texture.
Add milk when reheating to keep sauce creamy.
