15 oz can corn, drained

14.5 oz can diced tomatoes

15 oz can tomato sauce

beef broth

Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with chopped onion until fully cooked.
Add minced garlic and cook briefly, then drain excess fat.
Transfer the mixture to the crock pot.
Add potatoes, beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
Stir in chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until potatoes are tender.
Stir, taste, and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
Notes
Browning the beef adds more flavor.
Adjust broth amount for desired thickness.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freeze for later use.
