Ingredients

Greek yogurt

cotija cheese
crumbled

lime juice

garlic

chili powder

paprika

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

tablespoons
fresh cilantro
chopped
Instructions
Cook corn in a skillet until slightly charred.
Let corn cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix corn, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stir until evenly coated.
Add cotija cheese and cilantro and mix gently.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use plain Greek yogurt for best flavor.
Chill before serving for freshness.
Customize with additional ingredients if desired.
