Hawaiian Mini Meatloaf Sliders

Hawaiian Mini Meatloaf Sliders with juicy meatloaf, melted cheese, and soft sweet rolls, perfect for a quick and fun meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  • Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Form into small mini meatloaf portions.
  • Bake until fully cooked, about 20–25 minutes.
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place bottom layer in a baking dish.
  • Add cooked meatloaf and top with cheese.
  • Place top buns over the cheese.
  • Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  • Bake until cheese melts and tops are golden.
  • Slice into sliders and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overmix meat to keep it tender.
Use fresh rolls for best texture.
Bake sliders until tops are lightly crisp.
