Ingredients

cooked ham
diced

large eggs

heavy cream or half-and-half

cup
onion
chopped

shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook onion in a skillet until softened.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and cream until smooth.
Stir in ham, onion, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Place pie crust in a dish and pour in filling.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until set and lightly golden.
Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overbake to keep filling creamy.
Let pie rest before slicing.
