Ham & Cream Cheese Crescents

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cooked ham chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Add chopped ham and stir until combined.
  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of filling on the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll dough toward the narrow end, enclosing the filling.
  • Place crescents on the baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve.

Notes

Do not overfill to prevent leaking.
Use softened cream cheese for easy mixing.
Add shredded cheese for extra flavor if desired.
