potatoes
diced

medium onion
chopped

garlic

paprika

Italian seasoning

salt

teaspoon
black pepper

cup
beef broth
1
tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce

tablespoons
fresh parsley

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook diced potatoes until lightly browned, then remove and set aside.
Cook ground beef in the same skillet until browned.
Add onion and cook until softened.
Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
Return potatoes to the skillet.
Add paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir, cover, and cook until potatoes are tender.
Remove lid and cook to reduce excess liquid.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Cook potatoes first for better texture.
Avoid overcrowding the pan.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
