Ground Beef and Potatoes

Ground Beef and Potatoes with savory beef and tender potatoes, an easy one-pan comfort meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook diced potatoes until lightly browned, then remove and set aside.
  • Cook ground beef in the same skillet until browned.
  • Add onion and cook until softened.
  • Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
  • Return potatoes to the skillet.
  • Add paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Stir, cover, and cook until potatoes are tender.
  • Remove lid and cook to reduce excess liquid.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Cook potatoes first for better texture.
Avoid overcrowding the pan.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
