lime juice

fresh cilantro

Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush chicken with olive oil and season with spices.
Grill chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side until cooked through.
Top with salsa verde and cheese during last minute.
Let cheese melt, then remove from grill.
Rest for a few minutes and garnish with cilantro.
Serve warm.
Notes
Do not overcook chicken.
