Grilled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears corn on the cob
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
  • Remove husks and silk from corn if grilling directly.
  • Brush corn with oil or butter.
  • Place corn on grill and cook, turning occasionally.
  • Grill for 10–15 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  • Remove from grill and brush with butter.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.

Notes

Turn corn regularly to prevent burning.
Do not overcook to keep kernels juicy.
Serve immediately for best flavor.
