ears corn on the cob

butter
melted

Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
Remove husks and silk from corn if grilling directly.
Brush corn with oil or butter.
Place corn on grill and cook, turning occasionally.
Grill for 10–15 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
Remove from grill and brush with butter.
Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
Notes
Turn corn regularly to prevent burning.
Do not overcook to keep kernels juicy.
