Greens immunity booster made with spinach, kale, apple, and pineapple. A fresh and nutrient-packed drink for daily wellness.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup kale stems removed
  • 1 green apple chopped
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup cold water
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add cold water to a blender first.
  • Add spinach, kale, chopped apple, pineapple chunks, fresh ginger, and lemon juice.
  • Blend on high until smooth and fully combined.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again until cold and smooth.
  • Adjust consistency by adding more water if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh greens for the best flavor and texture.
Adjust pineapple for sweetness preference.
Add banana or yogurt for a creamier texture.
Best consumed fresh but can be stored up to 24 hours in the fridge.
