Green Goddess Dip

Creamy Green Goddess Dip made with fresh parsley, basil, and yogurt. Healthy, flavorful, and perfect for snacking or parties.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup sour cream optional
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add Greek yogurt, sour cream if using, parsley, basil, chives, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides and blend again if needed. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop. Stir before serving.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for the best flavor and color. Chill before serving for optimal taste. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Stir before serving if separation occurs.
