Gluten Free Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups gluten free flour blend
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
  • ¾ cup plant-based milk warm
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • ¼ cup vegan butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Filling
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • ¼ cup vegan butter softened
  • Icing
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons plant-based milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix warm plant-based milk with sugar and yeast. Let foam. Combine flour blend, psyllium husk, and salt. Add yeast mixture and melted vegan butter. Mix until smooth. Rest dough briefly. Roll dough between parchment sheets. Spread filling evenly. Roll and slice. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until lightly golden. Mix icing ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.

Notes

Handle dough gently. Avoid overbaking for best texture.
