Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.
In another bowl, whisk gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until thick batter forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until center is just set.
Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overbake to keep brownies fudgy.
Use a quality gluten-free flour blend.
