Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until thick batter forms.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until center is just set.
  • Cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep brownies fudgy.
Use a quality gluten-free flour blend.
Let cool fully before cutting for clean slices.
