smoked kielbasa
sliced into thick coins

20 oz pineapple chunks, drained

brown sugar

soy sauce

teaspoon
garlic powder
Toothpicks as needed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
Secure one piece of kielbasa and one pineapple chunk together with a toothpick.
Arrange bites evenly in the baking dish.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic powder until combined.
Pour glaze evenly over the bites.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, stirring gently once halfway through, until glaze is thick and sticky.
Serve warm with toothpicks.
Notes
Drain pineapple well to prevent excess liquid. Bites can be kept warm in a slow cooker on WARM.
