Glazed Kielbasa Pineapple Bites

Glazed kielbasa pineapple bites baked in a sticky brown sugar glaze. A sweet and savory appetizer perfect for parties.

Ingredients
  

  • 14 ounces smoked kielbasa sliced into thick coins
  • 1 can 20 oz pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Toothpicks as needed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Secure one piece of kielbasa and one pineapple chunk together with a toothpick.
  • Arrange bites evenly in the baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic powder until combined.
  • Pour glaze evenly over the bites.
  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, stirring gently once halfway through, until glaze is thick and sticky.
  • Serve warm with toothpicks.

Notes

Drain pineapple well to prevent excess liquid. Bites can be kept warm in a slow cooker on WARM.
