Glazed Cinnamon Roll Bread Recipe

Soft cinnamon roll bread baked in a loaf pan and finished with sweet glaze.

Servings 8 slices

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon Filling
  • cup unsalted butter softened
  • cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 –3 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Combine gently. Layer batter and cinnamon filling in pan. Swirl lightly. Bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes. Drizzle glaze over warm bread.

Notes

Do not overmix batter. Swirl gently for defined layers.
