Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie

Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie with a chocolate cookie crust, creamy peanut butter filling, and chocolate topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix cookie crumbs and butter. Press into pie dish and chill. Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream until smooth. Spread into crust. Melt chocolate and pour over filling. Chill until set before slicing.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for best texture. Chill fully for clean slices.
