Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Garlic parmesan potato wedges baked until crispy with butter, garlic, and melted parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Scrub potatoes clean and cut each into even wedges.
  • Place wedges in a large bowl.
  • Add melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Toss until wedges are evenly coated.
  • Arrange wedges cut-side down in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese.
  • Return to oven and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with dried parsley if using.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for best melting and flavor. Do not overcrowd the pan.
