Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes Recipe with roasted chicken, crispy potatoes, and savory garlic cheese flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken thighs bone-in or boneless
  • 3 cups baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the garlic.
  • Spread potatoes on the baking sheet.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  • Place chicken on the baking sheet with potatoes.
  • Roast for 35–40 minutes until chicken is cooked and potatoes are crispy.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and remaining garlic over chicken and potatoes.
  • Return to oven for 10 minutes until cheese melts and turns golden.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and lemon juice before serving.

Notes

Cut potatoes evenly for consistent cooking.
Avoid overcrowding the pan for crisp texture.
Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.
