Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes with crispy roasted potatoes and juicy chicken in a flavorful garlic Parmesan coating.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  • Mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Toss potatoes in half of the mixture and spread on the baking sheet.
  • Coat chicken with the remaining mixture.
  • Place chicken on the same pan with potatoes.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  • Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Cut potatoes evenly for consistent cooking.
Do not overcrowd the pan for best crispiness.
Use fresh Parmesan for better flavor.
