Garlic Cheese Fingers
Garlic cheese fingers with soft crust, melted mozzarella, and garlic butter. Easy appetizer recipe.

Ingredients

pizza dough

cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
3
tablespoons
butter
melted
3
cloves
garlic
minced
¼
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
½
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet or pizza pan.
Roll out pizza dough into desired shape about 1/2 inch thick.
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and salt.
Brush garlic butter evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly, then add Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
Remove from oven, cool slightly, and slice into strips.
Notes
Use whole milk mozzarella for best cheese melt.
Do not overbake to keep texture soft.
Serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.
