Garlic Butter Steak Rigatoni

Garlic Butter Steak Rigatoni Recipe with tender steak, rich garlic butter, and creamy four cheese sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 lb steak sirloin or ribeye, sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season steak with salt and pepper, then cook for 3–4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add remaining butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  • Reduce heat and add heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
  • Add Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  • Add cooked rigatoni and mix until coated in sauce.
  • Return steak to the pan and combine gently.
  • Cook for a few minutes until heated through and serve warm.

Notes

Use tender steak cuts for best results.
Cook pasta al dente to maintain texture.
Add liquid when reheating to keep sauce creamy.
