Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Crispy Smashed Potatoes with juicy steak and golden crispy potatoes, a perfect comfort meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak sirloin or ribeye, cubed
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  • Boil potatoes until tender, then drain.
  • Place potatoes on baking sheet and smash gently.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake until crispy and golden.
  • Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
  • Cook steak bites in a single layer until browned.
  • Add butter and garlic and toss to coat.
  • Cook briefly until fragrant and remove from heat.
  • Serve steak bites with crispy smashed potatoes.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the pan when cooking steak.
Smash potatoes gently for best texture.
Serve immediately for best flavor.
