Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

Garlic butter beef cheeseburger rollups made with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and buttery crust. A quick and easy comfort snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can 13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ cup onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking into small pieces.
  • Drain excess grease if needed.
  • Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  • Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
  • Spread beef mixture evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into even pieces.
  • Place rollups on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the rollups.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use 80/20 ground beef for best flavor.
Add pickles or bacon for variation.
Reheat in oven to maintain crisp texture.
Avoid overfilling to prevent leaking during baking.
