Frozen S’mores Cheesecake Bars

Frozen S’mores Cheesecake Bars made with graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, chocolate, and marshmallow topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups marshmallow fluff or mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper. Mix graham crumbs and butter, press into pan, and freeze briefly. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add vanilla, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Add chocolate chips and marshmallow layer. Freeze until firm, slice, and serve cold.

Notes

Slice with a warm knife for clean edges. Keep bars frozen until serving.
