white sandwich bread

large eggs

milk

granulated sugar

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Butter for frying
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in diced strawberries gently.
Lay out four slices of bread and spread cheesecake mixture evenly, leaving a small border around the edges.
Top with remaining bread slices and press gently to seal.
In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides lightly.
Place sandwiches in the skillet and fry for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
Dust with powdered sugar and slice diagonally before serving.
Notes
Serve warm for best texture. Flip gently to prevent filling from leaking.
