French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups

French dip tortilla roll ups made with roast beef, provolone cheese, and a creamy spread. Served warm with au jus for dipping.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 12 ounces deli roast beef thinly sliced
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • Water as directed on packet
  • Cooking spray or melted butter as needed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  • Lay one tortilla flat and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the surface.
  • Layer roast beef evenly over the cream cheese.
  • Place one slice of provolone cheese on top, breaking it into pieces if needed.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas. Lightly coat tops with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until warm and lightly golden.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
  • Prepare au jus according to package directions and serve warm for dipping.

Notes

Use thinly sliced roast beef for easier rolling. Let roll ups rest before slicing to help them hold their shape.
