Ingredients

all-purpose flour

crumbled feta cheese

egg

olive oil

pine nuts

olive oil

cloves
garlic
minced

Fresno chili
chopped

cup
heavy cream

lemon juice

tsp

Instructions
In a bowl, combine flour, feta, egg, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Mix until a soft dough forms.
Shape dough into small dumplings.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook dumplings for 3–4 minutes until they float.
Remove dumplings and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook pine nuts until golden.
Add garlic and chili, cooking briefly.
Pour in heavy cream and stir until smooth.
Add lemon juice and salt.
Add dumplings to the sauce and toss gently.
Serve warm.
Notes
Do not overmix dough to keep dumplings soft.
Watch pine nuts closely to avoid burning.
Adjust spice level by reducing chili if needed.
