English Muffin Breakfast Pizza

English muffin breakfast pizza with eggs, cheese, and sausage. Quick and easy breakfast recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 English muffins split (8 halves)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat butter or oil in a pan and scramble eggs until just set.
  • Place English muffin halves on the baking sheet.
  • Divide scrambled eggs evenly over each muffin half.
  • Add cooked sausage or bacon on top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over each piece.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese melts and edges are lightly crispy.
  • Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve.

Notes

Toast muffins before assembling for extra crispiness.
Do not overcook eggs before baking.
Customize toppings with vegetables or sauces.
