Ingredients

English muffins

large eggs

shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

cooked breakfast sausage
crumbled

cooked bacon
chopped (optional)

butter or oil

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

tablespoon
fresh chives or parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place English muffin halves cut-side up on the baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes.
In a skillet, cook eggs in butter or oil until just set. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle cheese over each muffin half.
Top with cooked eggs, sausage, and bacon if using.
Add a little more cheese on top.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and garnish if desired.
Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Pre-toasting the muffins helps keep them crisp. Fully cook meats before assembling.
