English Muffin Breakfast Pizza

English muffin breakfast pizza topped with eggs, cheese, and sausage for an easy, satisfying breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 English muffins split
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage crumbled
  • ½ cup cooked bacon chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives or parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place English muffin halves cut-side up on the baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes.
  • In a skillet, cook eggs in butter or oil until just set. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle cheese over each muffin half.
  • Top with cooked eggs, sausage, and bacon if using.
  • Add a little more cheese on top.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and garnish if desired.
  • Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Pre-toasting the muffins helps keep them crisp. Fully cook meats before assembling.
