Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 –3 slices ham
  • 2 slices bread or 1 English muffin
  • 1 –2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 2 –3 tomato slices
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • ½ avocado

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  • Cook ham slices for 1–2 minutes per side until browned, then set aside.
  • Crack eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook eggs to your preferred doneness.
  • Toast bread or English muffin.
  • Place eggs on bread, then add ham and cheese.
  • Add optional toppings like spinach or tomato.
  • Close sandwich and serve warm.

Notes

Toast bread for better texture.
